Update
Suzanne has been given a date for the Appeal hearing, 22nd April it will be heard in front of Lord Justice Moses. A very experienced Judge, Lord Justice of Appeal 2005.
This is a very trying time now for all concerned, Suzanne "shipped" to Holloway, when, nobody knows, a strange place for any person to end up considering Suzanne has never been in trouble with any part of the Law, First offence "Murder" .......of a child......, How????.
Kyle's family wanted closure believe me i wish they had, but there is an alternative explanation for Kyles death, the pain of going over all this again, then yet again if a re-trial is ordered, but there could be nothing worse than thinking your child died at the hands of a Murderer. I hope they get closure this time and try to rebuild and not thinking the worst.
Suzanne's family all very anxious to see her home. They all know Suzanne, and this is not her, its amazing when these cases come to our courts how many of them "SNAP" unwitnessed.

On the 21/06/2004 I was working in London and recieved a call from Sue saying Kyle had had a fit while she was caring for him. From then her life has been "HELL" taken to the police station as a volunteer to help them, and help them she did, Kyle Fisher a toddler aged two and half was critical on life support. He was in Hospital for two days, on the 23/06/2004 his mother agreed to turn his life support machine off. Kyle was a child that (its said) was clumsy and always falling over, as a baby he looked very normal all the usual signs of a healthy infant, Kyle Fisher 6/10 monthsKyle 3/4 months before his collapse Above Suzanne
About a year before his death he had a head injury, on the out side of his head were no major injuries only a cut under his right eye, taken to hospital and given stitches for a 3/4 inch cut in a "V" shape, given stitches and a check up then sent home. Kyle had been admitted to hospital 3 times before with "head injuries"
This time though its said he fell forward from his buggy onto a metal spike on the fire, The spike went into his head above his eye on the inner eyebrow, penetrating his skull and eye socket, this was not seen by any Doctor that seen Kyle that day. The only injury treated was his cut under his eye. Did these two injuries happen at the same time? Later his eye started to droop down this was investigated, Doctors thought his cheek bone was fractured, it wasn't, so an MRI scan was asked for at a later date, in between this he was seen by a Maxilo face Surgeon who came across this second trauma above his eye. the result after the Scan http://www.wrongdiagnosis.com/medical/leptomeningeal_cyst.htm its like the entry wound of a bullet minimal, the exit wound as a blowout, caused a fracture on the inside of his skull, in this fracture Kyle's brain and Dura had entered the wound on the inside of the skull over time his brain and dura had started to push his eye downwards, when your heart pumps blood around your body each beat is a pulse with the brain and Dura in this wound and it pulsating the wound would not heal only grow and get worse. "Leptomeningeal cyst" or a "Blowout Fracture" are the names of these injuries.
leptomeningeal cyst
This is a rare complication of skull fracture that may develop when there is a linear fracture of the skull with separation of the edges of the fracture and laceration of the tough membranous covering of the brain called the dura mater. The arachnoid membranes (very thin, transparent and "spidery" appearing from the myriad tiny blood vessels) can be trapped between the edges of the fracture. When this happens, the natural pulsation of the brain caused by the throbbing of the arteries causes erosion of the bony skull. This complication can occur in adults, but it is most often seen following fracture of the skull in infants and young children.
The condition is detected when the parents note a cystic (soft and squishy, reminiscent of a water-filled balloon) mass on the head of their infant. Initially, the condition can be confused with a cephalohematoma, but the correct diagnosis will become apparent on a simple skull xray.
Potentially, untreated leptomeningeal cyst could lead to seizures, mental retardation, and increased intracranial pressure (hydrocephalus), so surgical repair is imperative. Treatment involves surgical removal of the cyst and repair of the tear in the dura.
Back to the day Kyle was taken to hospital, in the morning Kyle was having a bad headache Sue told his mother Claire Fisher to take him to the Doctors she said "he'll be alright" and went home, only to return later to ask if she would babysit for her that evening, Sue had already made plans with her friend but would return early to care for Kyle, Claire had an habbit of leaving Kyle home alone while going to niteclubs with friends, this happened the Saturday before Kyle collapsed, Sue say's if i didn't look after him he would be left home alone again, so Sue cut her social life short to care for Kyle, (Sue would walk over hot coals for any child, Sue was nicknamed Mary Poppins by friends) Sue returned at 10pm that night on 21st July, Kyle arrived at our home at 10:20pm Claire left for the bus 10:30pm, Sue gave Kyle a drink of juice and a banana, watched T.V sat on on the sofa with Kyle playing with his toes, Kyle seemed to be nodding off his head was falling forwards as if sleepy, Sue said "Kyle knackered" Kyle's reply "Suzie knackered" stood up to goto bed and Kyle collapsed having a fit. Kyle was in Sue's care for approx 75 minutes.
Police: You rammed his head into the bannister at your home with a force of 60mph,
No scalp swelling
No fracture
No bumps
A Doctor Sunter said you did.
Forensics:
No blood on bannister
No hair
No tissue, its a possible impact site??????!!!

"A 60mph impact of a baby's head on a banister would cause massive damage to the head and massive skull fracturing. Kyle had bruises, he had no scalp swelling, he had no skull fractures, so I think that is extremely unlikely."Dr Squier said that Kyle's brain had two separate abnormalities, a congenital brain condition that can cause fits and an eye socket injury. She added: "The brain had started to push down through that fracture into the eye socket and displacing the eye. The brain was scarred."So Kyle in fact had two abnormalities in his brain that would predispose him to having seizures. And seizures can kill. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/programmes/newsnight/7129962.stm
'Meaningless'
According to the 60mph impact version of events, Kyle was left brain dead but the banister remained intact and unmarked by hair, tissue and blood.
But one of the country's most eminent neuro-pathologists, Dr Waney Squier, has dismissed the scenario as "meaningless, emotive words that have absolutely no scientific validity
